The Assessment
12 Domains. The complete congregational picture.
Most consulting engagements look at one or two dimensions of church health. Foundation360 looks at all twelve simultaneously — because everything is connected.
Health & Engagement
Worship attendance trends, member engagement levels, age demographics, and overall congregational vitality indicators.
Formation & Discipleship
The pathways your congregation offers for spiritual growth, education, and deepening commitment across all life stages.
Financial Stewardship
Budget health, giving trends, reserve funds, debt obligations, and the alignment of financial resources with ministry priorities.
Mission Alignment
How well your stated mission shapes actual programming, spending, staffing, and decision-making in practice.
Property & Sustainability
Facility condition, utilization, deferred maintenance, insurance, and the strategic alignment of physical assets with mission.
Leadership & Governance
Board and committee structures, staff relationships, denominational accountability, and leadership succession planning.
Capacity for Growth
Physical space, staff capacity, systems, and culture — whether your congregation can actually absorb and integrate new people and programs.
Volunteerism
Volunteer recruitment, retention, development, and the alignment of member gifts with congregational needs.
Technology
ChMS utilization, digital communication, online giving, and whether your technology infrastructure supports or hinders ministry.
Belonging & Hospitality
The experience of newcomers and longtime members — whether people feel genuinely welcomed, known, and connected.
Connection Networks
Relationships with community organizations, denominational bodies, ecumenical partners, and the broader neighborhood.
Strategic Visioning
Whether your congregation has a shared, compelling vision of its future — and the alignment and will to pursue it together.
